These two cookies capture 320g of carbon from the air, and Climeworks stores it in the ground, where it turns into stone. 

We all play role on this planet, and this cookie was made as a tribute to the polar bears, the great white symbol of human climate impact. Besides our regular Climeworks account for Ketogenic, we will offset a further 160g of carbon per one cookie sold. This winter, we hope to remove from the air the weight of one male polar bear: 450kg.
